Nigel Howlett - Chief Instructor

| 1965 |
Nigel Howlett – began amateur boxing at school. Also starting weight training to improve strength fought school boy championships 1965, 1966 and 1967. |
| 1970 | Began Wu-shu Kung Fu – trained 4 years to black belt level. |
| 1976 – 83 | Judo; Aikido; Jui-Jitsu; Karate and Tae kwon – do to black belt level.

| 1983 – 94 | Trained with Master Toddy in Muay Thai & Tae kwon- do gained 4th Dan Black Belt.During this time lived and trained at Sor Thanikul gym in Thailand.
|
| 1995 | Joined lAMTF amateur Muay Thai.
|
| 2005 | Became Vice President of WPMTF in Thailand and President of BMBC England. |

| 1983 | Moved into Muay Thai with Nigel, trained in Thailand and Manchester with Master Toddy.

| 1987 | Gained 2nd Dan black belt (red and white)

| 1988 | Opened own gyms in Stevenage, Letchworth and Peterborough
|
| 2007 | Began training in Muay Boran and krabi krabong with Danny Kapoor in London. |

Paul Jones – Assistant Instructor

| 1997 | Fought for English title. Fought in Europe and Britain 6 times.

| 2007 | Became famous for his ferocious kicking techniques, now teaching fighters to develop powerful techniques. |

Rod Gibbs – Assistant Instructor

| 1991 | Rod “Mr Knee” Gibbs began highly intensive training with Nigel.
Undefeated in his fight career, Rod finished all his fights with knee knockouts. |
| 2001 | Became coach for all knee and clinch work. |
